Does this work in the Claude browser app?

Yes. Custom connectors are available in the Claude desktop app and at claude.ai in the browser. The same Nova connector shows up in both once you add it.

Yes. Nova MCP is read-only and scoped to your Nova account. Claude can query your Amazon data, never write to it. You can disable or delete the connector from Claude Settings at any time.

Why does Claude sometimes make many tool calls for a simple question?

Early behavior we are actively optimizing. Claude occasionally chains extra lookups to double-check a metric. Answers are already usable today, and the call count keeps dropping as we tighten the schema exposed over MCP.

What Amazon data does the connector expose?

P&L to the cent, PPC at the product level, Amazon and FBA fees, FBA inventory, catalog, BSR on your own ASINs, and SQP keywords. Across 21 marketplaces, refreshed hourly.

Do I need a paid Claude plan?

Custom connectors are available on Claude paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise). A free Claude account will not see the Add custom connector option.

I am not on Nova yet, what should I do first?

Start a free trial and connect your Amazon Seller Central and Ads accounts to Nova. That takes about 5 minutes. Once your data is flowing, come back here and follow the 4 steps to wire Claude in.
