Amazon Vendor Central analytics that end in a P&L

Vendor Central tells you what Amazon ordered. Nova shows what Amazon actually paid you after deductions, on its own or next to your Seller Central sales.

What Nova does with a Vendor Central account

  1. Purchase orders
The money trail

From purchase order to net received

Ordered, accepted, rejected, cancelled and received, with confirmation rate and fill rate. Then every deduction Amazon took, down to what actually landed.

Shortage claims withheld get their own line.
  1. What Amazon owes
Money still with Amazon

What Amazon has not paid yet

Open, queued, past due and withheld, each with a count and an amount, and the invoices and purchase orders behind them.

  1. Replenishment
Before Amazon runs out

What Amazon should be ordering

A state for every ASIN next to Amazon's own demand forecast, the confirmation rate on your recent purchase orders, and the margin Amazon makes on the item.

  1. Sell-in and sell-out
Two bases, never mixed

Sell-in is not sell-out

Your books at the invoice date sit next to what Amazon shipped to shoppers. Seller Central sits on the same Channel filter, so you can look at 1P on its own or alongside 3P.

To put a specific purchase order next to what the same unit nets on Seller Central, run it through the 1P vs 3P margin calculator. It reports the break-even wholesale discount and the extra volume 1P needs to match 3P.
