Fantastic data share for Amazon agencies

Nova has become a core part of how we run our Amazon agency. Data Share puts clean, structured Amazon data straight into our own stack, so we no longer maintain those pipelines ourselves. The hourly updates mean we spot changes during the day instead of managing accounts on yesterday's data.

The P&L view captures everything Amazon-related

The P&L view is the big one. It captures everything Amazon-related with the granularity to track down every unexpected expense, giving me a real profit statement I can run the business off of. No more guessing margins or waiting for end-of-month reconciliation.

Exactly the kind of tool e-commerce needed

Nova is exactly the kind of tool the e-commerce industry has needed for a while. Fast-moving, responsive, and adding value to every Amazon business at every turn. The team is always open to hearing feedback and new ideas.

Just go for it. You won't regret it

The Nova team has built something truly special. The days of clunky Looker Studio dashboards are over. They are communicative and collaborative, and work hard to make the platform as helpful as possible for their users.

Nova is great

Nova keeps us up to date across all of our client accounts and provides a unique set of analytics. The data is live, which lets us make quick decisions faster than with other tools. The events feature is excellent for logging listing changes and running lift tests.

Replaced hours of reporting with one dashboard

I manage multiple brands and Cockpit, P&L and Day-to-Day are now part of my daily workflow. What used to take hours across multiple tools I now see in one place. Antoine and Maxime are clearly building this with real seller challenges in mind, and they listen.

Running an agency that manages a large portfolio of Amazon brands, what we value most is the people. Nova has been a real partner from day one, adapting to how we work. Multi-store management sits in one clean place and the team actually listens to feedback.

Fees, cost of goods, accuracy and what the P&L includes.

99.9%. Nova builds the P&L from Amazon's own order and finance transactions and checks it against Amazon settlement reports, so every fee, refund and reimbursement lands on the day and SKU it belongs to.
All of them, each on its own line: 73 charge lines, 45 refund lines and 21 reimbursement types, from referral and FBA fulfilment fees to storage, inbound placement, returns, deals, coupons and Vine.
Per SKU and cost region, as a unit cost from a date or as FIFO batches consumed in order. You can split landed cost into manufacturing, freight and duties, enter it in the supplier's currency, import it from Excel or let your AI assistant fill it from a supplier file.
Orders and Amazon finance transactions refresh hourly, and the P&L includes today. When a referral or FBA fulfilment fee has not posted yet, Nova uses the latest known fee for that product until Amazon confirms it.
Yes. Filter the P&L by marketplace, account, parent ASIN, child ASIN, SKU or your own tags, such as brand or supplier. For a table of every SKU ranked by net profit, use the Cockpit.
Yes. Accounts across 23 Amazon marketplaces roll into one P&L in your currency, converted with daily exchange rates, and you can still filter back to a single account or marketplace.
Yes. Export the current view or the full P&L to Excel or CSV, or set up scheduled exports that refresh every eight hours.
