For agencies and multi-account operators

Be the Amazon agency that runs on AI, not the one that talks about it

Connect the Nova MCP once and your assistant can answer for every account you manage. Ask which client lost margin last week and get the number, the driver and the SKUs behind it, after every Amazon fee.

Monday reporting stops being a morning of logins and exports. Your team spends it on the calls that keep the retainer.

The agency that talks about AI, and the one that runs on it

Same client list, very different Monday.

Talks about AI

  • AI is a slide in the new business deck
  • Monday still starts with one login per client
  • Updates report sales, because margin takes too long
  • Portfolio questions never get asked out loud

Runs on AI

  • Client questions answered in the chat the team already has open
  • Net profit per client, fees and COGS already joined
  • The worst mover of the week found before the client calls
  • Cross-client comparisons in one question

Connect one client account this afternoon and ask what the portfolio actually made.

Every reporting need, one connection

Whatever the client asks about, it is already in there.

Profit, ads, search demand and stock, across every client account, answered from the same connection. No export, no second tool, no "we do not track that".

"What did we actually make?"

Net profit per client, per SKU, with 40+ fee types and COGS already joined.

query_metrics

"Is the ad spend working?"

PPC from campaign to search term, spend read against the sales it drives.

query_advertising, query_search_terms

"Where is demand going?"

Search Query Performance: what shoppers type, the market's volume, and the client's slice of it.

query_sqp

"What runs out first?"

Inventory levels and days of cover across the whole portfolio.

query_inventory

"Why did the listing drop?"

Listing health and Buy Box signals, flagged before the client notices.

query_listing_health

"Are we winning the category?"

Best Sellers Rank tracked on the client's own ASINs, over time.

query_bsr

14 tools. 500+ documented data points. 21 marketplaces. See the full data library.

And the scope still holds: name the client in the question and every answer stays inside that client's account.

Why this MCP and not another one

Coverage

SP-API, Ads, Search Query Performance, search terms, inventory, listing health and BSR, across 21 marketplaces. Vendor Central is in beta.

Freshness

Several refreshes a day, up to every 30 minutes on money metrics like Buy Box lost. Most connectors answer with yesterday's numbers.

Speed and tokens

Structured, pre-aggregated tables instead of raw dumps, so one question is usually one low-token call rather than several round trips.

Your costs, not just Amazon's

COGS per SKU, FBM cost, your own tags and 24 months of backfilled history, reconciled at 99.8% accuracy across 370 transaction lines.

The full row-by-row comparison lives on the Nova MCP page.

Agency questions

Multi-account scoping, client data, and what is out of scope.

Yes. Nova groups accounts into workspaces, and the MCP exposes list_accounts so the assistant can see which accounts it may query and which workspace each belongs to. One connection, every client the agency manages, with each answer scoped to the accounts you name in the question.
You name the client, and the assistant resolves it through list_accounts, then passes that account filter to the query. For product groupings inside an account, list_tags returns the agency's own classifications, such as brand or lifecycle, and every metric query can be filtered by those tag IDs.
All 14 Nova MCP tools are read-only. Nothing in the connection can change a campaign, a budget, a price or a listing. Credentials are per account and can be revoked at any time, which is what makes it defensible to connect a client's data to an assistant at all.
Profit. Nova models SKU-level economics after Amazon fees, FBA fulfilment, refunds and your own cost inputs, so a per-client answer is net, not gross. Cost inputs such as COGS and merchant fulfilment cost are entered per SKU and audited through list_cost_inputs.
Yes, at campaign, ad group and keyword level through query_advertising, plus the customer search terms behind the spend through query_search_terms. Nova reads advertising, it does not write to campaigns or budgets.
Nova does not write anything back to Amazon, and it does not cover Vendor Central. If an agency workflow depends on pushing bid changes from the assistant, that has to happen in the ad platform's own tooling.
