Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Nova's data export

Your Nova export link refreshes once per day with your latest data. When you open it (or when Google Sheets pulls it), you always get the most recent snapshot.
The export link returns a standard CSV file. It works natively with Google Sheets (via IMPORTDATA), Excel (via Power Query or direct import), and any tool that can read CSV over HTTP.
Nova export links include all rows and columns for the selected data view. There is no artificial limit on the Nova side. Google Sheets has its own limit of ~10 million cells per spreadsheet; Excel handles even larger files.
Yes. Any tool that can fetch a CSV from a URL works with Nova export links. For Power BI, use the 'Web' data source. For Looker or Tableau, use a URL-based CSV connector. For custom pipelines, a simple HTTP GET returns the file.
No. The link is persistent. It always points to the latest version of your selected data view. You copy it once and it keeps working.
