What They Do

RippleEffect is a founder-led Amazon growth consultancy based in the UK, running strategy, operations, advertising and DSP end to end for consumer brands across UK, US and European marketplaces. Ted Gibson leads the work directly, and the pitch is explicitly consultancy rather than agency: a clear direction with one senior person accountable for it, instead of a playbook handed to a junior after the pitch.

The scope covers five disciplines. Strategy (positioning, pricing, category and market entry), operations (launches, forecasting, content and international expansion), PPC (full-funnel sponsored advertising optimised daily), DSP (programmatic reach beyond the search results page), and board and investor reporting, which translates marketplace performance into the numbers and narrative investors expect. That last one is unusual for an agency of this size and tends to matter to brands with outside capital.

Pricing is the differentiator and it is genuinely published. There is no flat starting price: the monthly retainer is sized by catalogue, and commission is charged in marginal bands of 4% on the first £25,000 of monthly sales, 3% to £75,000, 2% to £150,000 and 1.5% above that. As a reference point, a brand doing around £50,000 a month across roughly 30 SKUs lands near a £2,500 retainer, which is an example rather than a floor. The site carries a calculator, so a brand can estimate its total fee before making contact. Very few agencies in this directory publish a structure anywhere a buyer can check it.

The results the agency publishes, with the figures attached: Ancient + Brave, a UK collagen and wellness brand, compounded from a small Amazon account at the start of 2023 to close to £800,000 a month by December 2025, growing 101% into 2024 and 160% into 2025 against a category averaging 36%, with TACOS held at 14.6% while revenue more than doubled and advertising return finishing 44% above the 2025 category average. MUUSH went from zero to profitable on Amazon in under six months. These are the agency's own reported figures, presented here as reported rather than independently verified.

Why We Included Them

The rate card is public, which is rare enough in this directory to be worth pointing at. There is no single starting price: the retainer is sized by catalogue and commission is charged in bands, so a brand can model its own monthly fee in about ten seconds before it speaks to anyone. Best fit for UK and European brands that also want the US run properly.

Best For

UK and European consumer brands that also want the US run properly
Founders who want a named senior person accountable rather than a rotating account team
Brands with investors who need marketplace performance explained in board language
Buyers who want to see the price before they take a sales call
