How do you connect a Seller Central account to Nova?
An admin of your Nova organization picks a region, signs in to Seller Central and approves Nova on Amazon's consent page. Nova then loads your history in the background and emails you when your data is ready, within 24 hours. One connection covers the marketplaces of that region.

Who can connect an account?
Only an Admin of the organization. Members, including Workspace owners, cannot start a connection. To give someone that right, an admin promotes them to Admin in Settings, Organization, Members. See Workspaces and roles.
Where do you start?
- First sign-up: the setup runs in four steps: Organization Settings, SP API Integration, Advertising Integration, Data Ingestion.
- Later: Settings, Organization, Amazon connections, then Connect an Amazon account. The Add account row of the Filters panel opens the same flow.
Which region should you pick?
Seller Central has one consent site per region. Pick the region where the account sells:
| Region | Consent site | Marketplaces |
|---|---|---|
| North America | sellercentral.amazon.com | United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil |
| Europe | sellercentral-europe.amazon.com | United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, India |
| Far East | sellercentral.amazon.sg | Japan, Singapore, Australia |
An account that sells in two regions is two connections, one per region.
What happens on Amazon's page?
- Nova shows a reminder: it links the Amazon account signed in on your browser. If it is the wrong one, switch it in Amazon first.
- Click Continue to Amazon. Amazon's consent page names Nova and asks you to authorize it.
- Approve. Amazon sends you back to Nova.
Nova reads; it does not request Amazon's restricted buyer data (names, emails, street addresses). See Data sources.
An account already connected to another Nova organization is refused. An account connected as Vendor Central must be re-authorized with the Vendor Central button, and the reverse.
What happens after you connect?
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| At once | Nova subscribes to your order notifications, so new orders start reaching Nova |
| Next | Nova loads your history: orders, fees, returns, sessions, inventory, listings, catalogue, and advertising if you connected it |
| When the load ends | The account turns Active; for your first account, your workspace opens and Nova emails you |
| First activation | Your 14-day free trial starts |
While it loads, the account shows Syncing data in Settings, Organization, Amazon connections.
How much history do you get?
A trial loads 3 months of orders, fees and returns; a paid plan loads 2 years. When you subscribe, Nova loads the rest in the background. Some sources have their own depth, set by Amazon. See History depth.
How do you re-authorize an expired connection?
When Amazon stops accepting Nova's authorization, for example because it was revoked in Seller Central, the account shows Authorization expired and syncing pauses.
- Go to Settings, Organization, Amazon connections.
- Click Re-authorize on the account.
- Amazon lists every account your login owns: pick the same account.
Your data and history are kept, and the account turns Active again. Re-authorizing a working account only refreshes the connection; it changes nothing else, not even a name you gave the account.
Sync paused is different: Nova paused the account. Contact support to resume it.
