How much history does Nova load when you connect?

A trial loads the last 3 months of orders, fees and returns. A paid plan extends that to 2 years. Some sources go less far back because Amazon keeps them for a shorter time, and a few start on the day you connect.

History counts back from the day it loads. When a trial becomes a paid plan, Nova loads the rest of the 2 years in the background.

Which limits come from Amazon?

  • Sponsored Brands: Amazon serves the last 60 days only.
  • Search terms: Amazon keeps about 65 days.
  • Inbound shipments: Amazon keeps 540 days.
  • Inventory levels and listing content: Amazon serves the current state, not past states. Nova keeps every reading from the day you connect, so your stock history and catalogue changelog grow from there.

Can I load older advertising history?

Yes, up to about 15 months. The Amazon Ads console exports campaign and advertised-product spend by month, and we load those files into your account. The imported spend shows in the P&L, the Cockpit and the MCP. Campaign-level PPC views, keywords and search terms start from your connection.
